Prime your body and brain for performance with these helpful tips.

1️⃣ When you wake up, get some sunlight.
Depending on the brightness, spend 2-10 minutes outside before 9am to set your internal clock.

2️⃣ Get at least 1 hour of sunlight each day.
This will help reduce sleepiness and help keep you happy and productive!

3️⃣ Watch the sunset.
Go outside around sunset for 2-10 minutes to keep your internal clock calibrated.

4️⃣ Reduce light after dark.
Optimally, use as little light as possible after 8pm.

Pro tip: Dim your overhead lights and take advantage of the night features on your tv and devices to reduce blue light exposure.
